Interior - Built with eco-friendly materials, the 2013 Ford Escape is one of the greenest SUVs available. Its carpet flooring is made from 25 recycled 20 oz. plastic bottles, and the seats and head restraints contain 5 percent soy-based foam. The center dash board insulation contains 10 pounds of scrap from recycled jeans, sweaters and other post-consumer fabric materials. The 2013 Escape SUV even has components made from reused materials under its hood and above its tires. Its climate control gasket comes from recycled tires, and the powertrain undershields and wheel arch liners are made from 100 percent recycled plastic.
Exterior - At first glance, the stylish design of the Ford Escape leaves a lasting impression with its slim front upper grille nestled between two trapezoidal front headlights. It has a lean, sleek body with distinguished wheel arches, sloping beltline and a dynamic roofline with panoramic Vista Roof sunroof.
